About the Initiative

A Community Built on Connection

The AFT Women in FinTech program creates dedicated space for women in financial technology to connect, share experiences, and support one another's growth. Through intimate gatherings at AFT summits, this initiative brings together industry leaders, innovators, and rising stars.

Inspired by the belief that diverse perspectives drive better outcomes for the entire industry, Women in FinTech is a cornerstone of AFT's commitment to building a more inclusive fintech ecosystem.
