2009 Annual Meeting Sponsorship & Web Site Advertising Program
Platinum Level - $5,000 – Four (4) Available
Exclusive Sponsorship of Welcoming Reception (1), Featured Guest Speaker (1), Monday Evening Special Event (1) or Tuesday Evening Special Event at the AFT 2009 Spring Meeting, March 15-17, Barton Creek Resort & Spa, Austin, Texas. Includes one (1) 468 Pixel x 60 Pixel Fixed Banner Ad on AFT web site. The banner ad will always appear on the main page from December 15, 2008 through June 30, 2009, plus appear as a rotating ad on the 2009 Spring Meeting page from December 15, 2008 through the end of the event. In addition, your company name will be announced at the opening general session and/or at the sponsored event, listed as a Platinum Sponsor on all meeting promotional materials, in the final meeting program and on signs placed in the meeting registration area and sponsored event site. Plus, we will provide one (1) 6’ skirted table in the meeting registration area for the display of your company literature, give away items, etc. Also includes first right of refusal for same Sponsorship level in connection with 2009 Annual Meeting in Tucson, Arizona.
