Rurban Announces RDSI Agreement with Curtis State Bank
Defiance, Ohio – August 12, 2008 - Rurban Financial Corp. (Nasdaq: RBNF), a leading provider of full-service community banking, investment management, trust services and bank data and item processing, today announced its technology subsidiary, RDSI, has successfully signed an agreement with Curtis State Bank, based in Curtis, Nebraska, to be its data processing partner.
RDSI will be providing core data processing services and support of banking products. Curtis State Bank will be utilizing the partnership of The Cattle National Bank and Trust Company, based in Seward, Nebraska, for their item processing needs and back counter electronic capture of items.
